Shandong Bezant Factory: Dedicated to establishing cutting-edge market positioning, implementing innovative operating techniques, and raising the bar in tire manufacture. To meet market needs and continuously improve our rate of iteration, we aggressively acquire premium raw materials (steel wire from Bekaert, fine chemicals from Cabot, Black Cat Carbon Black, US SHEPHERD, inner lining from ExxonMobil, and synthetic rubber from Qilu Petrochemical). Our goal is to achieve operational efficiency and quality. We uphold the values of maximizing customer profitability, empowering customer-end channels, improving customer product structures, and taking market profits and returning them back to the market. We never give up on advancement, practical education, and effective health! 



The organization has earned accreditation for its ISO/TS16949 quality management system, China Compulsory accreditation (CCC), DOT, GCC, SASO, E-MARK, SNI, and SONCAP. "VRC-PRO," "ROYAL COBRA," "GOODSAFETY," and "WEIRAN," and "MARAMAX".

Leading The Trend In The World

The factory has steadily constructed the CNAS national recognized laboratory, provincial technical center, and provincial engineering technology research center, establishing strategic partnerships with numerous universities in the province, introducing and training talent through the establishment of postdoctoral workstations and production, education, and research bases, and forming the necessary innovation bases for disciplines like mechanics, machinery, polymers, etc., all while using technology and talent as the driving force for development. World-class production equipment from Germany, Japan, Italy, and other countries has been introduced based on the high-end market.

In order to create 41 technology patents with separate intellectual property rights, including 3 invention patents, 7 utility models, and 31 appearance design patents, we have taken the lead in implementing a number of cutting-edge process systems, including three composite production lines, an ARP adhesive preparation system, and all-steel hydraulic vulcanizers. Furthermore, we have successfully completed the approval process for the China Rubber Industry Association's Green Tire Label, passed the US DOT certification, the national mandatory 3C certification, and other management system certifications. As a result, we are among the first all-steel tire companies to receive the "China Tire Label."
